Cookies and More!

Our third LAUGH outing was filled with creativity, yummy cookies and of course much laughter. We have some very talented ladies in our parish who created some beautiful plates. Both nights proved to be fun for everyone and we look forward to our next outing together in January. More info for the January LAUGH outing will be posted soon. Painting on Two Nights in December!

I received LOTS of e-mails from everyone. There was not a day that worked better for the majority. Both days had an even amount of people, and because of the large number of responses, I called Liza Moz and they said we could do the party on both nights! So, which ever date works better for you, Tuesday, December 1st OR Wednesday, December 2nd the LAUGH group will be at Liza Moz from 6:30-9:00. Each night will have a good number of ladies in attendance, so which ever night works better for you, there are sure to be some friends from Ascension to swap cookies with, paint a cookie plate, and have a great time. I will be at both nights so I will get to see you all! Again the LAUGH December outing will be meeting on both Tuesday December 1st AND Wednesday December 2nd from 6:30-9:00 at the West Towne Mall Liza Moz which is by the Men's Belk (Old Parisian) across from Baby Bundles on the side hallway. Date Change for Liza Moz Outing

I talked with the owner of Liza Moz today who informed me of three other parties taking place before and during our scheduled paint time there. He asked me if I could possibly change dates to Tuesday December 1st or Wednesday December 2nd instead of Thursday the 3rd. I apologize to everyone for this late change of dates and know that it may conflict with someone's schedule. Please let me know which date may work better for you, Tuesday the 1st or Wednesday the 2nd. I will schedule us on the day that works better for the majority. Please email me at amykavery@hotmail.com by this Friday, November 20th, so that I can let the owner of Liza Moz know our definite date. I appreciate your understanding and hope that a new date will still allow many of you to attend this fun cookie swap/plate painting party at Liza Moz!

Great Food, Even Better Company!

The 2nd LAUGH outing at the Olive Garden last Thursday night proved to be wonderful fun for everyone! There were approximately 30 ladies of all age groups in attendance! Everyone enjoyed the wonderful food and even better company. Thanks to Vaiden T. and Denise C. for taking such great pics! Please join us for the next outing on December 3rd at the West Towne Mall Liza Moz for a cookie swap and plate painting, from 6:30-9:00pm. The cost per person is $10 to paint a cookie plate to call your very own. In the spirit of giving during the holiday season, we will also collect new unwrapped toys for the Mission of Hope for the children of Appalachia. Let's LAUGH together at Olive Garden

Get your appetite ready for Soup, Salad and Bread sticks at the Kingston Pike Olive Garden on November 12th at 7:00pm. Please RSVP to Amy at amykavery@hotmail.com by November 11th. Upcoming LAUGH Outings

Ladies, there are some exciting events coming up that I am sure you will want to participate in during the next several months with our LAUGH group. Dates and Times have still to be set, but that will happen shortly so stay tuned to mark your calendars. Here is a look at some of the exciting things we have in the works for LAUGH:

November 12th (Thursday) at 7:00pm at the Olive Garden on Kingston Pike. All you can eat Soup, Salad, and Bread sticks at the Olive Garden. Soup, Salad, and Bread sticks cost is being covered. All you need to bring is your appetite. Other entrees and alcoholic beverages can be ordered on your tab, but who doesn't just love Olive Garden's Soup, Salad and Bread sticks as a meal?

December 3rd (Thursday) from 6:30-9:00 at Liza Moz West Towne Mall. Cookie Swap at Liza Moz in the West Towne Mall. Bring your cookies and your creativity to Liza Moz in the West Towne Mall where we will swap cookies and paint our own cookie plates for Christmas time. There will be a small fee of $10 per painter for this little party which is a bargain for a custom plate you painted all by yourself!

January TBA at 7:00pm at the home of Pam Harris (Thanks Pam!). Rest and Relaxation: After the hustle and bustle of the holidays, come rest and relax with a 15-20 minute massage compliments of the Tennessee School For Massage. While you are waiting for your massage, enjoy the company of your LAUGH friends while you indulge in tasty treats and beverages. What a wonderful way to start the new year with a relaxed body, mind and spirit.

Just a few events to look forward to for the upcoming months. We hope that you will be able to come and enjoy the fun together with us!

Laughing Together!

The first LAUGH group outing was so much fun! We had 13 ladies from Ascension with representatives from lots of groups there to enjoy great food, and awesome company. The fellowship with one another was wonderful and we all look forward to our next outing coming soon. Thanks ladies for a wonderful evening! Please join us next time if you can.
